Anyone who goes to Aqua Teen Hunger Force Colon Movie Film for Theaters and leaves disappointed clearly hasn’t seen much of the series. The price of admission is justified by the first five minutes alone. Mastodon's Cut You Up With A Linoleum Knife is so hilarious you'll probably hope it ends so you can breath again.
On the whole, the movie film is an extended episode of the show with a larger budget. Many fan favorites from the series make an appearance, and their antics are on par with the usual. While you'll spend much of the 90 minute runtime laughing and grinning like an idiot, things do start to peter out toward the end. But, almost as though the creators were aware that things start to wear thin toward the end, they reward you with a Neal Pert drum solo. And, just when it seems that things can't get any more convoluted or strange, they don't, and with no real resolution, the movie ends.
In the end, if you are a fan of the show you'll probably like the movie. And, if you don't like the show, run screaming for the hills as fast as you can. This movie is definitely not for you.
